# Buying and downloading

How purchases are delivered, and how to download your scripts from Cfx.re.

All Vision Scripts are sold on the [**Vision Store**](https://www.vision-store.site/) (powered by Tebex) and delivered as **Cfx.re escrow assets**. The script is linked to the Cfx.re (FiveM) account you used at checkout.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Buy with the right account

Pick your script on the [Vision Store](https://www.vision-store.site/). At checkout, log in with the **same Cfx.re account that owns your server's license key**. The asset only starts on servers whose key belongs to the account that owns the asset.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Check your email

After payment you receive an email with a download link.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Download from the Cfx.re portal

You can also download it at any time from [portal.cfx.re](https://portal.cfx.re), in your **Granted Assets** list. Updates show up there too.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Install

Unzip it into your server's `resources` folder and follow the script's **Installation** page.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Assets can't be moved to another Cfx.re account after purchase. Double-check the account before you pay.
{% endhint %}

## Updates

When we release an update, download the asset again from the portal. Before replacing the folder:

1. Back up your `config.lua`, and the `bridge/` and `open/` folders if you edited them.
2. Replace the resource folder.
3. Copy your settings back. Read the script's **Changelog** first: new settings may have been added.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://visionstore.gitbook.io/visionstore-docs/getting-started/buying-and-downloading.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
